Emails can be sent using desktop emails clients from desktop, blackberry of a traveling executive or SMS from a salesperson on the field. Continuum's administration is simple and intuitive. Most of the administration is part of the admin module that requires a separate user name/password to ensure only authorized personnel have access to it. In addition, the training covers administration as a separate module.
